Where to obtain some necessary documents

DC 400.3 of the Delaware County Code requires that a copy of zoning permit, certified address certificate, and septic permit when applicable be submitted to the Department of Building Regulations before a permit can be issued.

  1. CERTIFIED ADDRESS CERTIFICATE
    Requests must be made in person at the Village Office, 40 W. Reindeer Dr. It is important that this be submitted with the application to avoid unnecessary delays in processing.
